It's time to start the clock at Bellville Civic Centre

The clock tower at the Bellville Civic Centre stopped working years ago. We're raising funds to restart the clock tower, refurbish the fountain and redevelop the surrounding gardens, creating a beautiful new public space at the center of community life in Bellville.
