About Us Our team is made of Hombakazi Mercy Nqandeka (32), the founder of Homba Crafts was founded by Hombakazi Mercy Nqandeka in 2019. She worked alone until 2022, the she was joined by and Nonceba Masiso (29), Yandiswa Nyingizwayo (29), Zimasa Mbi (28) and Vuyokazi Mafenya (27). They continue to bead for orders and also for sales in shopping malls and on social media. They all live in Bulungula also known as Xhorha Mouth, a small village by the coast in the Transkei. Homba Crafts has created job opportunities for youth, an important initiative in the current unemployment era in South Africa.
